I recently had Bill's Pest and Termite Control treat my new home for termites. Casey arrived promptly and did a great job. He explained the process clearly and answered any questions that I had. Best of all, they saved me quite a bit of money over the other quote I received from SOS. I've even recommended them to a neighbor who also had a great experience using Bill's.

This was our monthly service. Previously, we have been satisfied. Two issues occurred. It is noted on our account to leave the bill at our front door upon completion of the service. This was not done. The second problem was that the technician did not spray around the sill of the window but right on the window. Blue Sky was notified. They have asked us to provide a quote on window cleaning for submission. Or will be taken into consideration for a credit on our account.

Used them for 5 years, consistently happy. On two occasions I noticed small flies (think fruit flies) and ants a little after they came to spray. After notifying, they sent a tech a few days later to re-spray, no additional charge.Techs are friendly and respectful. Would gladly use again. Stopped service due to moving overseas.

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

I have used this company for the last 15 years and they are absolutely amazing! Joey the tech delivers great personalized service and the office staff (Joey I think) is a blessing to talk to! Best service hands down in AZ!!
