I did personally make an effort early on as well to give you alternative means of payment and offered to pick up payment from you personally on multiple occasions. Our payment schedule is clearly stated on our contracts and is disclosed clearly prior to starting a project. We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

I loved certa pros professionalism i was greeted nicely over the phone . I had a service rep at my door the next day to discuss paint ,cost ,everything the painters where responsible for and everything I needed to do to prepare for and I was given a fair estimate. The painters where very knowledgeable and friendly shout out to my boy Luis and his partner for doing an exelent job . Altho the painters missed a part of the house it was an honest mistake and they retured the next day to fix it . Certa pro was fast ,freindly ,and professional thank you .
