Btw I blew you guys all up on FB. #teamHays.Being a single mom I was beyond nervous.I had talked with Jack last February and it took a bit to say the least on pulling the trigger but was well worth the wait.The AC system was upgraded and didn't break the bank.The water system is a lot of equipment but we'll worth the space sacrifice.At one point I think I had five guys in my house one being the owner Chris...real nice guy glad to see that he took the time to come touch base and check on his guys and meet the new customer, that was different and refreshing.Like I told all the guys, I expect as soon as the check clears never to see them again like many contractors. But I have a feeling Jack's going to stay on top of it and I sure hope that Hays doesn't let him go anytime soon! bedside he's one hell of an asset to the company.As soon as I learn to set the new thermostat I'll be golden?Much Aloha M.DelarosaAvondale?

It is Saturday... the start of Labor Day weekend.... and the AC goes out. Just my luck! I immediately called my home warranty company and advised them that it was 115° in Arizona and I needed to make sure my 14-month-old son keeps cool. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and they mentioned that 1st Choice Mechanical LLC was in the area and they would be out to fix the air-conditioning ASAP. Indeed they did! Tim was very professional, polite and friendly! He was able to figure out and explain the issue(s) and fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Mechanical and use them again! I always appreciate a great company and their caring staff! ?

Matt made his first trip here for routine maintenance. He was on time, very professional, and very thorough.

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

I'D RATE THEM AT 10 STARS IF GOOGLE HAD THE OPTIONS.

If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installed
a wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Can't say enough about this quality company.

I used PHX for some maintenance and small repairs about a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. This summer I had 2 AC units break down within a day of each other on a holiday weekend. I got a quote from PHX air and from a major competitor. PHX air was not only significantly less expensive, but they took the time to explain some options and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis. They were on time, finished what they started, and made other adjustments to help balance our home’s air flow. The install team was awesome and took care of our home like it was their own. I had some questions after and they were quick to respond. Overall they were extremely responsive, helpful, a great value, and professional. Our HVAC system has NEVER worked better! I recommended them to another friend and they knocked it out of the park for them as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.
