We have some roots clogging the drain and a friend recommended Goettl. It was great to be able to schedule an appointment online at 10 PM Sunday night for the next day. Larry spent time making sure he got the roots all cleared out. He was very nice and thoroughly explained the problem and our options. I will definitely call Goettl again.

Just had our semi-annual checkup with Day and Night and they were absolutely great again. Their customer service is fantastic. David, our technician was thorough, honest, explained and documented everything. He made sure I understood what was needed on our aging system. We have been using Day and Night for years. I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.

Scott Epps and his team worked above and beyond expectations on needed plumbing help. Justin cleared a clogged kitchen drain. Scott did sewer camera surveillance that I requested, and cleared pipes as needed. He also repaired a broken pipe outdoors that I mentioned. Both Scott and Justin were professional, respectful, honest, and great with answering my questions. This was my first call, and Janette was professional and kind. She set up an appointment for the next day. Follow up with texts and e-mail has been prompt and clear. I will contact this company for future needs .
