Best Plumbing Gas Line in Phoenix AZ

We originally called them for an estimate on replacing two water spigots and fixing a leaking toilet bowl. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He felt that with the toilet bowl there could possibly be something bigger than simply a leaking toilet bowl. He advised us to speak with a restoration company first before he, the plumber, did any work. Instead of simply patching up the leak, we were able to take care of a much larger problem with the plumbing. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We had a BIG pipe problem and Ranger Rooter came to the rescue! They sent Joey and Brian out and they worked long hours for 5 days straight and replaced all of our drain pipes under our house. These two guys did amazing work and were great to be around. This company was on point and had great communication with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any plumbing issue. You only be so luck to have Brian and Joey to come to your house. This team is amazing!

Worst so called plumbers ever. Hired them to fix a slow drain. They showed up over 4 hours late. They snaked the main drain with some antique snake machine for 1 hour and could get it fixed. Then they used a camera and said it was a blockage in main line and they couldn't get past it with snake or camera. They quoted me $3500 to dig it up and fix the blockage. I ask them to show me the blockage with there camera and they gave me some lame excuse why they couldn't. Called a real plumber the next day and he snaked the drain just fine took 20 min. Buyer Beware with these guys! If they give you some outrageous better get second opinion.

Dan was amazing. He came in and looked at the issue. Discover the problem and quoted the price. It was a larger issue than expected so he showed me the issue and gave the new price. He told me about their vip program and it saved some money. The price was a bit more than expected but based on showing me the issue he allowed some time to think about it. He educated me in the decision I was making and offered a program that with the discount applied it would help if any other issues occur. Even getting the program a year I saved more than the 12 month cost and added protection in case more plumbing issues arise in my home. Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.
