Our Technician, Bobby explained what he was doing and updated us throughout the process. He was polite and knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done for us! I'm so thankful he got our air running again, with a house of 8, it has been a challenging few days to have everyone downstairs to stay cool and trying to work in the middle of it all. I called Penguin this morning asking about service to my air conditioning, and they said they would get someone out as soon as they could. Within an hour, they called me telling me Alonso was on his way.Alonso arrived and started looking into the issue. He quickly identified several problems which previous technicians (not from Penguin) had either missed or ignored. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to discuss any questions I had. He laid out the repair options and gave me an honest assessment of the pros and cons for each. I very much appreciated his professionalism and expertise. If Alonso is typical of the people employed by Penguin, I will most definitely be calling them again in the future. We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. We used Hobaica for a hot water slab leak. John and his team were super professional and did a great job rerouting the lines through our attic which was a very tight space. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Tony was on time, polite, professional, answered all questions and made recommendations, explained options thoroughly, showed photographs of my unit so I didn’t have to take someone’s word or guess what condition it was in. Wonderful experience although I’m spending money. I appreciate the efficiency of proceeding from service call to new install without a huge time delay especially since it means my home will be cooler today instead of next week.

We called to have someone come replace a shut off valve for a dishwasher and refrigerator and they were able to get us on the schedule that same day! Our technicians arrived quickly and completed the work. They were professional and courteous, and explained all charges up front. Another great experience with Parker and Sons!

I called them up to replace my old AC unit and they were the first to get someone out. They had some guys out a couple days later to replace our ac unit. They left a HUGE mess everywhere. My crawl space access is in my closet and all of my clothes were covered in insulation after they left. There was insulation and other debris all over my floor, carpet, and all over my front yard. There were little scraps of metal all over my yard as well. They left a canopy on the side of my house. They cut the PVC drain line too short so it was just draining all over my roof. They spilled blue PVC glue all over my brand new roof and now there is a huge stain. There were pieces of PVC piping lying around in my backyard along with an empty bottle of PVC glue. They kept having to leave and come back because they forgot things. They were supposed to install a new intake grate as mine is an odd size and is impossible to find filters for and they didn't do that. As soon as it hit 5pm they bolted out the door. After they left I noticed that we weren't getting much air out of our master bedroom AC duct and I told them when scheduling my quality check. I told them it doesn't seem that the ducts were connected there as it was working fine before. When the guy came to do the quality check he had no idea about my complaints, including the new grate and no air coming out of the master bedroom duct. They don't seem to communicate anything. He fixed some of the things mentioned, but when I asked if he could go in the crawl space to see if everything was hooked up in the master he refused saying that he would get stuck. I specifically mentioned this on the phone multiple times and yet they sent someone who couldn't fit in the crawl space. His explanation as to why there wasn't much air is that it isn't running as long as our old one would have. He said to just turn the air down more, at this point we had it set to 75 when we used to have it at 78 and it was still uncomfortably warm in our bedroom. After insisting that was an unacceptable answer he said he would have someone come out and install a new intake in our bedroom. He seemed to think that was the problem, without even looking in the crawl space, but I assumed he knew what he was talking about as this is his job. He said they would take care of it as they ruined my roof. I then get a call from the office saying that they wanted to schedule a time to give a quote for a new intake. I had to explain to him again that there is no way I'm paying after the horrible job they've done so far. Again no communication between employees. The manager came on and said that they will take care of it and assured me that this will solve the airflow problem. So now I have to take another whole day off to sit at home with no AC while they put in a new intake. When the guys showed up to install the intake they drilled a hole in my ceiling then went up in the crawl space only to come right back down to let me know that the duct wasn't even connected. At this point it's been about 3 weeks and this whole time I've been cooling my crawl space instead of my bedroom. They hooked everything up and left. About a week later my AC stopped cooling the house down again so I called them up to take a look at it and the tech that originally came out. I told him everything that happened and he was livid. He had no idea that these guys screwed me over so bad. He went up in my crawl space and then found that the original guys put everything on backwards and that the intake ductwork had collapsed under the weight of another one that they put on top of it. This was the third time someone from Patrick Riley came to my house after the work had been done and this was the first time it was discovered. Now I have to spend a third whole day at home sitting around with no AC while they are up there redoing all of the work that had been done previously. They promised that a manager would call to apologize, but I haven't heard anything.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

Let me just start off by saying I’ve had no problems with this company. We used them for our plumbing services twice and they did a great job. The pipes are very old so I know it wasn’t easy. BUT! Please please please have your crew clean up their mess. They even acknowledged to my husband that they made a mess. The black sludge was in my tub (completely understandable) but also all over my floors, vanity, walls, toilet and oddly in a cabinet? They took everything out from underneath my sink and didn’t put it back. Just asking for some common courtesy to wipe things down. Over all a good company but needs to clean up after themselves.

Nicholas installed a new mister system for us. The quote was reasonable and he did a great job!! We will be using Second Opinion for all our future plumbing needs. No pressure, great work!

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Quick response in a dire situation. Our AC was out of servixe and we faced an expensive repair. I called 911 Heating and Cooling as a second opinion and they did fast, professional work and saved me 40% over the competitors quote.

Now I'm chilling and my AC is working better than it ever has.
