I'd like to personally thank Mike of Benefit Air for helping me design the perfect system for my house. After having three other companies come out to give me quotes, nobody was as thorough going through my attic and looking at my unit as benefit air.

Also flushed water heater and cleaned and repaired dryer vent. Mike Harris was my technician and he did a fabulous job. Really friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

After a bit of research, I called Howard Air for a routine service check of our A/C and heating systems. Brianna was a pleasure to speak with and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. Terry, the technician, arrived early, was very courteous, performed a comprehensive check of all systems and even fielded a couple bonus A/C guy questions for us - all for the price originally quoted. Our worst customer service with Parker & Sons after being a client for over 10 years. Totally unresponsive. No follow up call after 2 requests. Once we got service, technician Joel Munoz did an excellent job. Its the front office incompetence that is the issue. Will be looking at another vendor.

Had a great experience working with George and would highly recommend to family and friends. He replaced our two very old AC units in just two days and made recommendations that would provided more comfort for our master bed (since it always seems to be a completely different temperature than other areas in the house). From the original consultation to the final install, George was very responsive and also seemed more than happy to help get our system working properly again. I really can't say enough great things about the quality of service!!!

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.
