This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. I highly discourage you guys from using this company as I had very bad experience with them. I called them to come out due to a plumbing issue, was told to put a credit card on file and it would be an hourly of $99 I did put the credit card on file and I called them the second day to be scheduled that didn’t happen until 4 days had passed. A technician came out and start to feed camera and then told me the he had to wait for his boss to come out since he didn’t know. After everything was done and they didn’t provided me with information I was looking for. An hour had passed come to find out I was going to be charged $400.00 for the service. The were also going to email me an estimate but the never did.
