I did lot’s of research looking for a company to replace my A/C system and decided on 1st Choice Mechanical. Torri set me up with an appointment and they came out the same day! Michael did a great job explaining why my old system needed replacement and gave me a very fair price for a new system that could be installed the next day! Brandon and Corey came out the next day and did a great job installing the new system and explaining how to operate the new system and thermostat. Look no further for an honest and fair HVAC company.

Dave was a really great tech! He was very good at explaining everything and came up with an idea for a heat deflector that was a great solution to our A/C problem.

Want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Travis and his technicians Dennis and Carlos at Howard Air. Six years ago Howard Air installed a new air handler and heat pump at my home. The unit came with a 10yr warranty. Recently, I had been having trouble with the air handler leaking water. The company followed up with prompt visits by their techs to try and solve the issue. On the last visit, Travis(a manager) accompanied his tech Dennis to take a look at the issue. Upon my sharing the issues at hand with Travis, he quickly decided that a new evaporative coil needed to be installed. No hemming and hawing or deflecting the issue at hand. Instead he offered a quick and decisive order to fix the issue under warranty. A repair date was set(Oct 1). Today Dennis and another tech Carlos showed up on time and ready to work. Dennis was quick to line me out with the work detail to be done. And then let me know that Travis had also authorized the replacement of the blower motor for the air handler as well. I had not asked for this consideration, nor had the blower been an issue. I was so impressed by this extra mile he went towards fulfilling this project. The repair and replacement were professionally accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

Travis unprompted went the extra mile for me and my home. His techs did an amazing job with the work(and kept everything tidy and clean.) Everything is going to break ultimately. And trusting in a company that originally installed the products to be there when things go wrong is huge. And I breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing that Howard Air backs up their products and worksmanship. Thank you once again.

JIMMY came to my residence same day ready to work! I live in arizona and told him about my ac not working properly. In minutes he was on the roof resolving my issues while at the same time on the phone with me keeping me informed of the progress. JIMMY resolved my issue same day! Well this will be one of the few negative reviews on Larson. I recently moved into a new home with a gas furnace and wanted an inspection prior to using. I called Larson based on the reviews and they quoted $65 to come out for an inspection. No problem scheduling and they were prompt. The tech performed the inspection and right away noticed the flue pipe had separated at the unit, probably from the roof being recently replaced, which obviously needed repair. He struggled a bit and stated he’d rather replace the elbow connection because the remaining pipe was pushing up on the roof tiles. He verbally told me it would be ~$270 which I approved. There was one issue with a zip tie on a door interlock, which he cut off, and some insulation had fallen, which he reattached with adhesive.Total bill was $712.35. Inspection was $65.95, Insulation reattachment $60.65 (seems high for a can of glue and 5 min but whatever), and the ~1.5’ of flue pipe was $585.75! I figured I would wait to see the full invoice before questioning because the tech did not have an iPad or anything you could view it on. The next day after I received the invoice and called to question the charges, the customer service rep ends up arguing with me stating he “believes” this is a fair price because the issue could lead to a significant safety hazard with carbon monoxide. When I asked if they should charge more for that he says “not necessarily”. Seems like a gouging to me since these simple repairs were probably 1/5th of the cost to get a whole new furnace. Be sure to get a clear estimate with this place prior to approving work.Update: The company ended up honoring their original estimate and I appreciate them taking care of this.

We had an excellent experience with Green ID. David's crew was very friendly. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added. Their work was thorough and the air seems like it has run less. I am very interested in seeing the bills this summer. I certainly recommend the energy assessment to see what may be worth

My family's life has been entrusted to Prestige Mechanical for s few years and on today's occasion, the company stopped by to perform a FREE annual inspection & service on our new A/C unit. For the past year, we have saved $110 during cooler months per month & $300 per month for the hotter times of the year. The terrific savings mean that the unit and enhance duct work will pay for itself in a short while.

Mike and his crew are incredibly knowledgable and everyone I've met at Scottsdale Air has been very friendly and helpful, even when we're asking question after question about our HVAC.

We had to replace our old HVAC recently during a remodel and Mike (full disclosure: we are neighbors of the owner) and his team were very helpful with our situation. We needed to get the new (4-ton Trane system) installed while keeping the old system running for a bit. The electrical to our home was 3-phase (yes, it was) and the old HVAC was 3-phase. It was early summer and we asked that they install the new system alongside the old. We were then able to install our new electrical service (single phase) and perform the cut-over from the old to the new within hours thanks to Scottsdale Air's eagerness to make it happen smoothly.

From the people in the office to the crew that worked up in our attic, everyone was great. We're also having them put the finishing touches on the system once the renovation is nearly complete. Mike even came out to help me design the rest of the system and helped me figure out how to prepare for the finish work.

I would highly recommend Scottsdale Air for your HVAC needs. We're customers for life.
