I'm a GENERAL CONTRACTOR! These guys are great!OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT!Jose took a lot of time and explained in detail all the features and benefits of my plumbing/water system. LIke changing the oil and filter in a car, good maintenance is key to a long-lasting and stress-free water system....Jose showed me where we had over 90 PSI at the water meter (norm is 40-50 PSI) and he installed a new reducer valve (think lowering your blood pressure)! He then replaced ALL the water valves and hoses (all 13 of them) with new, and he did it ON THE COPPER PIPE (no cutting corners). He then showed me the milky color of my water explaining calcium buildup and potential hazards if not addressed. I've seen $250,000.00 water-damaged houses and claims. It sucks! On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

AccuTemp replaced both of our AC units and did and incredible job! I would highly recommend, their staff goes above and beyond. The employee's took calls after hours and assisted with any questions.

Very quick, professional response. Diagnosed the problem, which was a blower motor failure, then located a new motor and returned the same day to complete the repairs.

They came to my house in Tempe and fixed my air conditioning. Another condition company quoted me $1000 higher. They did a great job

Work was done to add insulation to attic, with concentration on void spots causing heating/cooling leakage, including a skylight which was not insulated in the attic. Also a heating duct was added to the laundry/extra bedroom to replace poorly performing heating/cooling to that room. Attic ducts and inside vents were also resealed. Installation was done in one day as scheduled. The cost was reasonable with an estimated less than 10 year payback.
The estimator and job manager were very friendly and personable and explained in detail the problems we had and the work to be done. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and the results to date.

If you want a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, cares about their customers, and is reasonably priced, than this is the company for you.

Prestige machanical is amazing, this guys are hard working friendly and service is amazing, my ac was out, they came looked at it and laid out all the options I had to get it fixed. With out any pressure they had me make up my mind if I wanted just parts to get it fixed or just change out my whole unit, the decision was mine.
