My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. They were meticulous with details and even painted the replacement drip trim with a color match paint prior to replacement. Thanks again guys!

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Very pleasant to work with. On the most recent occasion, I had a leak from the roof above my closet. Power was out. My wife walked in the closet in the dark, slipped, fell, and broke her kneecap! It was weekend. I called Steven first thing Monday and he came out the same day to get it fixed since my wife now needed surgery and could not have managed without the use of my bathroom. In an emergency, Diversified prioritized my need above others and came to our rescue. He was very responsive even after the damage from hurricane Harvey, too. Have engaged him in an annual service contract since then and have been very happy.

Went above and beyond customer service and cared about my project, not just trying to sell services. Took the time to educate me to make sure I was making the right decisions. Showed up on time and cleaned up well afterwards. Extremely trustworthy and friendly company.

We have had Overson Roofing to our home for two different leaks, and in both incidents, they were professional, knowledgable, honest, and performed the repairs perfectly. They responded quickly when we had the emergency leak, and did the work without creating a mess. When everything was completed, the area that was repaired looked better than when the house was new. In fact, we regret that they weren't the contractors that installed the roof in the first place. We have owned two homes, and have hired many contractors over the years, but we cannot recommend any contractors as highly as we recommend Overson Roofing.

This company was great at work and was very considerate to us and people near by. They did not create any trouble for anyone. Whole construction work was done with proper care. Our roofing is done in a modern design and our visitors always mention how good it looks.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters! AZ foam masters is my favorite foam company to work with. Having hired a few other companies prior to talking to Mike I was able to compare his services to the others. When installing my roof he went above and beyond and was so pleasant to work with. Not only was the service great but the product keeps our home cool much more efficiently in these summer months. I will not be taking my business anywhere else!
