More than anything, I was pleased with the level of professionalism I experienced with Phoenix Roofing Contractors. Their industry knowledge was far superior to other companies, and it was apparent during our first conversation. Although now isn’t the time for my family to get a new roof, I have recommended them often because I know they’ll get the job done right the first time.

Guys that came out to do the work were good. Work on my foam flat roof is barely acceptable (if it even is) based on ROC standards. Had a horrible time with the office staff throughout the project. Very poor communication with us. Cleaning of our existing foam roof was not scheduled due to sales person not specifically stating it in the contract. He always said it would be cleaned (power washed) before new foam was applied. When I called about it, the project coordinator in the office acted like it was my fault because I signed the contract as is, and never called the sales person to figure it out. I had to call our sales person to tell them what happened and get things corrected. Scheduled the final coat of sealant and nobody showed up that day because it was cloudy. No calls to tell us they wouldn't be coming, or when they would be. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one (zero if I could) is because of the 12 months same as cash financing available. They certainly were not Crazy about Quality with our job!

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

They were very professional, prompt, honest and most of all the quote was very very reasonable. The quote came out to be about half the price other roofers quoted me. The services they provided was so tremendous that I greatly recommend their company to anyone looking for similar results and honest approach.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

We had our roof completely replaced by Roof Rescue, Alan and his crew did a great job on our 2 story shingled roof. Done in 3 days and all cleaned up like nothing happened. I chose Alan because of his good communication with me, and answering all of my questions.
