Was first referred through home warranty. Nice guys and very informative with what our issues were with the ac. Ended up getting an new ac and they did a great job. Our AC went out 10 minutes to Sun Devil closing. They arrived the next day and Jesus apologized when I told him we had a hot nights sleep. The issue seemed to be the breaker which Jesus offered to purchase a new one and install. I agreed and well worth it instead of waiting on an electrician. Jesus offered some great suggestions on keeping the electrical box cooled moving forward and changing out my filters. I wouldn’t want my AC to go out again but if it does we hope to see Jesus again.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

We just recently had our 11 year old Trane system serviced and they did a great job. They were tidy, cleaned up any stray insulation under our attic access and clearly explained what they checked.

They arrived on time and upon checking and found that two of the capacitors to help start the fans and the compressed were beginning to fail. Thrilled they found this BEFORE the summer heat had sent in. Pricing was very fair and I would recommend them to anyone!

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

I have been using Arizona Refrigeration since 1996. They have always been able to service my A/C units in a timely manner and the technicians are professional and informative. Today they installed a wifi thermostat and made sure it was working properly before he left.
When I moved into my current house the technician told me that my A/C unit was going to start having problems as it was installed under a canopy. The company that originally installed the unit must not have had the knowledge to install it properly. I am very grateful that I was informed and was able to remove the cover thus keeping my unit from failing. I will always recommend Arizona Refrigeration to everyone who is looking for a great air conditioning and heating company.
