This was a great experience all around. I had same day service, estimate, and repairs done on my A/C unit. Matthew B. the technician was very knowledgable, professional, and worked quickly. He addressed the problem I called about and fixed it in a timely manner and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me on new units. Unfortunately, I had another company out before Desert Diamond and they did not address the problem, tried to sell me on new units and left me with a broken a/c. A friend referred me to Desert Diamond and told me they are honest and just the best! I completely agree! I highly recommend them!

Our ac went out and we came across this company on tiktok so we reached out to see if they could help. They were willing to come out that night even though it was after business hours (quoted me a service fee of 129) or they could come the next day(89.99). They were on time and got right to work. Took him less than an hour to get it blowing cold again. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others

Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. No long wait times and was even given the option to have them come sooner. Friendly personnel and tech. Yesterday afternoon my 84 year old mother turned on her AC for the the first time this year. NOTHING! We make a call thinking we would be waiting until next week for a solution. I HIGHLY recommend ACA for any HVAC needs! I had to have one of my A/C units replaced. Troy dropped by to give estimate. He was friendly, candid, up-to-the-point and very knowledgeable. I contacted multiple businesses for bids and was very pleased with ACA’s proposal. A few days later, the installation crew (Phil, Jesus, Corey) arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. They did a clean install and made sure everything including small details was taken care of with good quality. After completion, they explained all of the functionality of the system. Overall, Troy & the field experts are professional, qualified and wonderful to work with. I will be definitely using ACA moving forward for all of my HVAC needs and I highly recommend ACA!

Our A/C didn't seem to be cooling upstairs. Called AAJ first thing in the morning and left a message. Received a call back and said they could come by today. DJ showed up very nice and respectful. Asked what was wrong, I told him. He checked the air flow, the filters. Ran a cool test mode and explained to me how to run the system. Very satisfied.
