Highly recommend!! Quick response time in the busiest time of the year and on a Sunday! Jesus did a great job. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. And he saw my dogs were anxious because some one new was in the house. He went over to their kennels and let them sniff him and then said to let them out so they could calm down. Very nice young man! Thanks Jesus!

I accidentally drilled a hole in my main gas line in the wall of my garage the day before I left on a trip. I arranged for Penguin to have a gas tech at my house first thing 4 days later. I called that morning and was told I was the tech’s 1st stop in the morning. I was without heat, hot water, dryer or stove. I called every two hours for an update on the tech’s arrival. He arrived around 1. Nice young man. Repaired the gas line and reset all the pilot lights. I thought the charge was excessive, but I had no choice.

Miguel Ramos did a great job. He showed up on time and was very cordial and respectful. He explained everything with detail before and after the service. We are glad that we chose Goettl for our A/C maintenance and are considering them for future services.

Izzy did a great job repairing our a/c leak and saved us from a lot more trouble and damage! We were pleased to get such professional same-day service.

Service technician (Raymond) is great. He answers all my questions and always gives me all the time I need to go over everything. He is very professional and honest. I request him to service my AC unit every time.

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. 100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level.
