Technician was very professional and detailed the issues. Very nice.

This visit was a follow up to a complete system replacement. They checked everything over very thoroughly, more than I would have expected. My description of them being a Dot the 'i' and cross the 't' type of company holds true throughout our dealings with them, from the company's policies to the nature of their employees, first rate in all departments. On this occasion it was Kevin that took very fine care of us. I HIGHLY recommend Hays after this experience.

Jimmy was quick, friendly, and very helpful! Great guy who went the extra mile to make sure we had our new thermostat set up and understood how it works!

Updated Review from 5 to 1 Star:I have been with this company for YEARs, primarily for AC services. I always gave their company raves reviews and recommendations to friends and clients. I pay for VIP service to maintenance AC, adding plumbing recently. Had Tech come earlier in week to discuss updating my plumbing lines and turn off values to avoid future leaks. Given estimate of close to $900 and schedule for Sat 11th afternoon. Tech was here for a few hours, was told everything needed to be updated was done. Woke up on Monday morning, slipped and fell in master bath as not only was my master bath flooded so was the guest bath. Turn off new water value on toliet in guest bath as supply line ruptured/leaked, flooding room went through joining wall and flooded master. Called Day and Night, they sent new Tech who quickly stated that supply line in Guest toilet was clearly old and cheap and needed to be replaced. Company charged me additional $60.00 for new supply that was suppose to be replaced on Sat. Called to speak to office asking how 1) if the 2nd Tech stated it was clearly something that should have been replaced, why was it missed on Saturday? and 2) would they find it insult to injury to charge me additional for a $60.00 for a missed supply line from 1st Tech that flooded my home. I was told that, I wasn't charged a service charge to come out I only was (overcharged) for a 20.00 (at most) supply line. I reminded them that I did pay for the service charge since I purchased their VIP service. I asked for someone in plumbing management to look into the matter and get back to me. I told them I understood it was a Monday and they might need a day or two. That was 6/13/2022. The only call we received was from the schedule/sales office later that day while we were dealing with insurance and water migration company in our home, to talk to us about upgrading our water heater. We have yet to hear from Day and Night plumbing management. Bare minimum, we deserved an apology and credit of $60.00. Now I am out $300 for VIP service, $900 for incomplete updates, $60.00 supply line, $1200 insurance deductible, and since I work from home, cancelation for my June 13th clients losing $600.00 in income, now having to deal with days of fans to dry out rooms, weeks of dealing with insurance claims and repairs which will effect my future weeks incomes as well since I can't have repairs happening in same space as my clients need to be. I understand that mistakes happen but Day and Night simply needed to own that mistake and make it right, instead of avoiding the issue and me. This has seriously caused my faith in this business relationship to falter.

Our sewer main and water main decided to give up due to age / roots. We put it off way too long and everything just went all at once. We called for some help to diagnose the scene.We have never used Parker & Sons but thought we'd give them a shot. Excellent first impression. Luke came out the same day and thoroughly inspected everything and answered all of our questions, courteous, and professional. He created a work plan immediately for us and a team showed up the very next morning!Chris Goodall and Jimmy H. and team did amazing work. They answered all of our questions, were courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the area and were great communicating every step of the way. We had a leak on our main water line from a construction crew that messed it up. This company came out and scheduled everything very quickly and professionally. Helped take pictures and offered to write up everything for possible reimbursement from the company at fault. I was very impressed by their kindness and professionalism and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend and will use again ??

Dale was absolutely amazing! We have always had great experiences with ProSkill and Dale continues to raise the bar. Pricing is fair and the membership is the way to go. They have rewired our house, installed new toilets, changed valves under the sink, installed lights, and serviced our HVAC. The scheduling and customer service teams are very accommodating with changes and questions.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.

First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.
