Greatest experience is an understatement. As we all know living in Arizona AC is a must, and we have all experienced our AC going out . Throughout the years I have called my fair amount of AC repair people. Always told many things that I require which I end up doing only for the same result for my AC to break once again a month later or even shortly after. From the very beginning Arcadia AC has not only recommended every correct solution but even exceeded every expectation I could have imagined. They always went out of their way to make everything a simple process, great pricing offered and went out of their way to fix my issue promptly. Robert was the one who installed my EV charger in my garage. An obviously very knowledgeable electrician, he was able to do the work perfectly but also made sure that he provided other things needed for my electrical panel to ensure that addition of the car charger would work seamlessly with my system.He explained everything about the pricing, and even found ways to save me money.This is a reliable company, focused on taking care of their clients.

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Tony and Angela installed two new split system units (AC and Furnace) at my home today and were fantastic! They were efficient, worked well together and were super patient while I asked lots of questions. I will continue to use Five Star Air for all my HVAC needs!

AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.

We are extremely impressed with Larson AC. They know how to run a company! We recently decided to replace both AC units in our home. We contacted several highly recommended companies with stellar reviews for proposals to complete the work. It was obvious, after meeting Claude, that we would be selecting Larson. Claude evaluated our system, took all the measurements needed calculated heat loads and provided several options for new equipment. He explained of the cost/benefit of each and took the time to answer all our questions, and we had a lot of them. He was genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On the day of installation. Claude was even onsite to review the project with the installation team. From there, our experience got even better. The installation team, Caleb and Kyle were amazing. They were prompt each morning. We received a text message when they were on the way and an email with their photo. They worked hard for two days installing the units, disposing of the old ones, rewiring our Nest thermostats, and explaining everything they were doing. They were courteous, professional, and extremely neat. We barely noticed all the work they were doing which is impressive given the size of the job. Our dog even liked them, and she is an excellent judge of character. From start to finish, our experience with Larson AC was excellent and we would strongly recommend them!

Ilya was very knowledgeable and professional; he was focused and worked rigorously to identify and fix the issue with my Miele dishwasher. It was not an easy fix, but he got it done and back to perfect working order. And, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ilya!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
