Eddy did a great job and was very professional.

Travis used a camera to check for a blockage or collapsed bathtub drain pipe which was below ground level. The camera stopped at a certain point and he wasn’t totally convinced it was a collapsed pipe. He wanted to try the air snake in the tub drain. It was 100% successful and the tub now drains great! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys are a massive rip-off. If you like spending way to much money for something you don't need then give Goettl a call. I had my AC go out, blown cap and the coils needed to get cleaned. No big deal right? Wrong. Goettl wouldn't do anything to help me what so ever until I agreed to purchase a brand new unit from them. Only once I agreed to buy a new unit did their tech actually start fixing mine. I nearly busted out in laughter when their sales rep told me it would be 27k to install a new unit. 27k on a unit that normally sells around 5k plus labor. Thank God for the buyer's remorse law so I could tell Goettl to get lost when I had Hobaica quote me 7k. So glad I didn't go through with Goettl, that would have been a massive burden placed on my family. Goettl you should be ashamed of yourself for over charging people like this, shame on you for trying to take advantage of people like this.

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.
