Two updates: The sales guy who does quotes didn't bother to tell us we had a 4 ton unit on our house. He said a 3 ton would be more than enough to keep it in the 70s in our house in the summer. The electrician who came out scratched up the front of my brand new expensive washing machine that I paid extra money for the color. He left our laundry room a complete disaster area. No one came to fix the drywall like they were supposed to. I had to clean up all the drywall and dust which I'm allergic to. The 3 ton unit can't keep up and now our house averages 87° in the afternoon and evening. We paid $8k to be miserable! We have had to purchase $1k worth of portable AC'S on top of what we spent and will have to buy more for every room. UPDATE: They sent out a supervisor who let us know the salesman and electrician were fired. The guy agreed that we did need a 4 ton unit. They replaced the 3 ton unit with a 4 ton and fixed the drywall. Nothing was done about my pretty new scratched up washing machine but I'm very thankful they resolved the other problems. Update again: The sales guy gave us a 3yr service warranty and now they're saying after a year that it's going to expire. We have tried to get a copy of our contract countless times. They keep saying they emailed it but we've never received it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

Had a quality tech named Grayson come out and fix my AC. Gave me three different options I could choose from to fix my AC and was very detailed with the pros and cons of each option. Walked me through exactly what he was doing and took a video after explaining what was replaced and why. Definitely will be requesting his service again in the future

John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

Chris came to service My AC unit today....did a tun if maintenance and did a fair honest job. Didn't try to upsell mein anything. Thx Chris for coming same day to sevuce our unit.

Jaxon did a great job, he was very efficient, and very courteous, and helpful.

Twice now a service person has been out, once to check an issue with the A/C in which he tried to sell us a capacitor for +$700 which turns out wasn't the issue (never did get the quote from him as promised). And yesterday another service person was out for maintenance and told us the coils and fan were very dirty and he had time right then to clean them and it would be $800! NO PARTS NEEDED AND PROBABLY AN HOUR OR TWO AT MOST TO CLEAN FOR $800 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (And we still haven't gotten a quote on the either.) WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING. As soon as our contract is up from the previous homeowner, we will be finding someone else to take care of us.

Great customer service and great price!

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
