They did great prep (washing stucco and washing and sanding metal work, and masked big awkward items very well) and the FINAL PRODUCT LOOKED GREAT.We had some add-on work and a color change once we saw the paint up and they rapidly helped us alter the color and got the job done fast and did it well.PS. We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.
