First, my air conditioning went out on a Sat night around 9 pm. I called Patrick Riley and the call was answered immediately! The technician was alert, concerned, took my information and called me when a service technician was on the way. Second, Lex climbed on my roof in the dark, and identified the problem. I was given the best/worst scenarios and shown a video recording of the problem, and an estimated cost. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was not a stock part and not available until Mon. Third, Lex was very concerned about leaving me without air conditioning and made sure I had made arrangements to stay with a friend until the repair. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

The Most Excellent job done by Mr. James .f. My hot water wasn't getting hot (only in the shower) and we had maintenance Mr. Oggy come by 3times. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue however, he said if he can't get it fixed he'll be glad to escalate it to his manager. Glad he did because then I met Mr. James who was Very polite & respectful and got the job done in a reasonable time. Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.
