Best Faucet Installation in Phoenix AZ

First of all I’d like to say that I work for one of the top plumbing companies in Phoenix so I’m no stranger to the service industry. I recently purchased my first house, and shortly after my air conditioning went out and had to be replaced. I had called a different company the first night and they said it needs to be replaced and didn’t explain why it went out in the first place. My home warranty company sent out a.p.e.s. And I’m glad they did. The first tech that came out was Jesus. When he saw the date on my a.c. He said this unit is older than him. He did a great thorough evaluation and answered all my questions, being a plumber I have no clue what I’m looking at, but he definitely took the time LATE on a SUNDAY night to explain why I’m having this issue and why it needed to be replaced. That’s something that the other company did not do. After that it was a waiting game with the home warranty company, but C.J. Kept me in the loop the whole time, and recommended a temporary solution to get me by which I found super professional. On the day of the install Adam and Frisco came out and removed and replaced the unit. They too did a great job, and my dogs loved them so who doesn’t like that. I was stoked on how fast they got my a.c. Up and running again. It it wasn’t for the wait on the home warranty company they would have banged this out in no time. So Overall 5 stars. Great job you guys.

They replaced the sewage pipe right away and did a very nice job!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

We had Steven A come to our house to look into our AC not working. He was so very nice and professional, he looked at everything kept us updated every turn and let us know our options before doing anything. He had all the necessary parts with him which was amazing so we didn’t have to make another appointment!
He was quick and even helped hooking up our nest thermostat and made sure it worked before he left, even went that extra mile to change the filters.
I would recommend them especially this technician again!

Very disappointed with my experience so far. Had a brand new Trane unit installed a month ago. Making extremely loud noise and buzzing when running. Definitely not normal. No call no show on two separate service appointments. Called office to schedule another appointment. No call back. Received multiple text messages to schedule maintenance even though unit is brand new and maintenance isn't due for a year.

Tony at Parker & Sons was super helpful! He helped us find the most affordable route to take for repairs. Obviously knowledgeable. Gave us some solid recommendations for preventative maintenance going forward.

Victor M came out to look at our HVAC system. He was really kind and explained how things worked & what our situation was. He answered our questions and was genuine. He even made a video to explain what was wrong so I could look back on it and show it to my husband.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end (for now) from this company! Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. I will not hesitate to call this company again when I need a plumber.

Work done at The Mod and they did not give notice of water shut off.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

Additionally, there's Rachelle, at the office, who is a fantastic first contact and very helpful too!

Larry was great! Service was excellent and he got our A/C up and running lightening fast!
