We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. Our A/C didn't seem to be cooling upstairs. Called AAJ first thing in the morning and left a message. Received a call back and said they could come by today. DJ showed up very nice and respectful. Asked what was wrong, I told him. He checked the air flow, the filters. Ran a cool test mode and explained to me how to run the system. Very satisfied.

This company has not returned our calls my insurance company is replacing thd unit improperly installed and we will file a complaint with the registrar's of contractor's

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.
