After my ac went down and would not cool the house. I knew that it was beyond fixing. I called Parker and Sons. I scheduled the soonest appointment 10am next day (it was 9pm at night) to buy a new one. Sales rep: Josh S. came out and talked to me about my options and helped me get financing and set me up with installation for the next day! Davien and Randy Came out first thing in the morning ! They were very friendly and professional. Did a wonderful job! I had the best experience with Parker and Sons because of their team. I will definitely recommend as they made a painful experience into a good one.

Nate did a great job installing our water heater. He even swept up after he completed the job... the sign of a quality repairman!

The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic! I would highly recommend using Pruitt’s to anyone that has a plumbing problem. If you can request Brent!! You definitely won’t be disappointed you did.

My garage disposal is not working, I called them to make a service request, the man on the phone said they can replace a new one for me about $350, they can replace their own brand garage disposal if they find it is not repairable, I was so glad that is good ideal so I don’t need to wait to purchase new one to call them back, they can do it at same time, but he said he will need to call me back later to confirm tomorrow’s appointment, after hang up the phone, I never received them phone call back!? And I also realized that he did not ask my phone number or anything, ? It was odd experience, why do that?

Service is definitely lacking with this company. I've been a customer for several years, but in the recent 2 years I've experienced the WORST service ever. They seem more interested in selling units than providing good customer service. The last 2 years I've scheduled service, they have left me waiting all day long or didn't show at all! Fast foward to today's service. Schedule time between 11-2. It's 3pm, and no service guy. You failed again ACE! It's clear your service contract customers are NOT a priority. I'll be going elsewhere when my contract is up. You don't deserve my business.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Amazing service! I called on a Saturday afternoon because of a water leak in my shower. West Valley Plumbing was quick to responded and get to my home to make the repair. No hidden fees or price issues, just a good all-around experience and I intend to use West Valley Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
