I recently had a terrific experience with Amigo. I was in a pinch when another valley company canceled on my wife and I on the last days of our home inspection, and we were advised to speak with Amigo by another reputable local plumber. Nelson was professional and courteous as I explained our need for his services right away. He had his guys show up the very next day to inspect our sewer line. After all inspections were complete, I had Amigo come back out to the house and work on my water heater, drains, and gas lines. Once the work was completed, they walked me through exactly what had been done and all of their work was extremely thorough. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Amigo, they were friendly, professional and very punctual. Their prices were very reasonable as well, I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

They are fabulous. One of our AC units stopped working and they sent out a service person within a few hours of my call. Their service person, Fabian Carbajal, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained well what needed to be done, and replaced the defective motor quickly. I can't say enough about how grateful we are that they reacted so quickly and got our system fully functioning again. Thank you Day & Night and Fabian. You are awesome!

Brandon, one of their technicians, came out 2 days later and checked everything. He was thorough in the tune up and even took pictures of the unit and recommended some things to watch for. Very friendlyJosh found a broken parts rather than purchasing the part he “jury rigged” a part from another.I will purchase the part and replace it myself.We are looking for a new plumbing service… not sure if your business will be the one we choose.Two hours later :Received a call from Parker and son’s management wanted to make things right. We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. I so appreciate this good management practice that I will be considering using them in the future for all my service needs.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

I see why electrical is not listed as one of their specialties. I scheduled someone to install 2 j-boxes in my shower ceiling, making sure they knew I needed them to bring the j-boxes. I was told they always have them on their trucks. James (not a licensed electrician) came out and said he does mainly commercial work and did not have the j-boxes and left for Home Depot. I was charged for the time he was gone. Joe came out to straighten it, which he did, and then later apparently forgot that he did it. I have photos to prove it was crooked. While straightening the box, Joe proceeded to tell me and my son about how he hates to say anything bad about his coworkers but James has had numerous complaints and they’ve had to go back and redo several of his jobs. He said he would definitely be reprimanded. Adam, who I assume is a manager, initially called me and said he would make it right and I would receive a partial refund. After a few weeks with no response and no refund, I called today and was told by Adam that there was nothing wrong with the j-box initially and Joe denied ever straightening it. Adam also felt that I should be charged for the time he went to Home Depot. I was charged $77.50 material cost for the trip, two $1.25 j-boxes, two &1.25 cover plates and approximately 1’ of wire. Adam said most of the charge was their mark-up price for the 1’ of wire. Wow… disrespect, unprofessionalism, short-term memory loss, and unethical.

Even though it was a holiday weekend and in the middle of the night / morning…. Both Lauren Quiroz and Casey were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you ladies for all you did… very much appreciated. ??
