Jeff, our tech, came earlier than the window the dispatcher had given me, which was wonderful! I loved that he was wearing a medical-grade face mask when he arrived, as we have not been around anyone other than family during this Pandemic. Jeff was kind, professional, thorough, explained everything to me so that I easily understood the problem. Not only did he dissect the issue, he had the solution (a new motor for our AC unit) in his truck, so he was able to stay and put in the new motor. With temps over 100 degrees, this was HUGE to be able to know that we'd have our AC up and running by the time he left. He was honest and trustworthy, a great guy! We'd never used this company before, and from the first phone call with the sweet and helpful woman that answered the phone to Jeff's prompt and courteous professionalism, it was a very positive experience! My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge.

The salesman was outstanding, but that was it. He was only a salesman :/ the texturing on our cielings after vents were removed was poorly done. The actual problem of temperature change and control on one side of our house was never fixed. No one ever decided to follow up with us about how the work they did affected our home.Furthermore, I feel like we were used for our wallet. If I'd have known anything about HVAC I would have been more in tune with what they tried to fix and add on. It seems, however, many of the fixes and additions they made to try to make our house cooler was purely to Jack up the price. I certainly didn't need a vent in my tiny master closet. Lastly, the assistant at the office has trouble following instructions and barely seemed to care about her job.I still need additional HVAC work but will not be using Reeis, nor will I ever recommend them.

Aguilar AC did a great job. They got to my home within an hour, and within 30 minutes had my AC working again even though it was 9:30p at night. Very fast work, even during the busiest season here in AZ. Had to have a new a/c unit installed. Showed up early, finished early, quality work done, cleaned up everything when done. All this and almost $1k less than other estimates I got. Very satisfied, and glad to have a cool house again. They were very easy to work with and explained everything. Definitely my new go to a/c company.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

ACA is no question the most knowledgeable and professional A/C company I have dealt with in 20 plus years of owning a home in PHX. And I have worked with at least 5 that come to mind. I bought my current home 5 years ago and the prior owner had George Brazil install a York unit (They paid way too much by the way) that lasted 8 years before I tossed it. Every year I had a leak or board issue. I don't know if these issues were product issues or technician issues. To be honest I think it was both. In any case I had ACA put a Trane unit in my house 6 months ago, and I use my AC unit year round. I have had ZERO issues with the unit nor any installation issues.These guys know what they are doing. Every individual I spoke with knew their stuff. Save yourself headaches, and money and do it right the first time. Get a Trane unit and have ACA install it. You will be way ahead in the long run.Update 11/8/22: Just had a tune up performed by technician J.C. Unit is still working perfectly. Was very impressed with technician, very informative, friendly and polite.

Reckless driving on the 303 and I-10 ramp. The guy got off on Peoria in the 303. Looks like they just give anyone a truck.
