I contacted penquin to give me a price and install a steam shower unit. They were scheduled to come on a Wednesday.but did a no show then rescheduled for the next morning. Landon said you will be the first call so 700 am he showed a little before 10Then he reviewed the job and said he would have to have his boss quote itI called three times and never heard from them finally on the fourth call they transferred me to the plumbing manager. He was rude said your bathroom is expensive so I need to cover myself so use 3200.00 as the priceDon't waste your time like I did don't use them

Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Driver on I10 should probably head back to driving class. Driving like a child with something to prove... Also the trucks need mud flaps to prevent rocks from spraying onto windshields. Pretty inconsiderate to drive a six wheeler truck with the majority of the back wheels exposed and no mud flaps
