We had a great experience with Robert and Andrew at Phoenix Water Damage. When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. Their professionalism, promptness, and honesty help guide us through this experience. We highly recommend them.

Our adjuster Joseph Asano was outstanding! We were always able to get in touch with him, he answered any questions we had in a timely fashion and always reached out to see how everything was coming along. The job was completed satisfactorily and looks great!

Michael and Juan showed up within an hour of my initial call to my homeowners insurance provider for water damage. They were friendly, professional, hardworking and wore masks without asking them to. Definitely would recommend to anyone with water damage, these guys are awesome!

I have nothing but wonderful feedback for this company. The day we called they came out there and started drying out the walls from the flooding that took place. They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. My parents are so happy to be back home now and could not be happier with their “new” home! This company was recommended to me and I whole heartedly recommend them to whoever needs repairs done. ??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Thank you Frank and team.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. We need you and we appreciate you!

Our HVAC leaked into our walls, causing mold and water damage. As soon as we saw evidence of the leak we reached out to Square One Restoration based on the reviews we read online. The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. Thank you to the entire team!
