Best Cleaning Estimate in Phoenix AZ

My AC was out during a 100+ degree day on a weekend. My home warranty company was of absolutely no help, so I called Penguin on a whim. I’m so glad I did. They answered the phone right away on Saturday morning and told me they would send someone as soon as they could. I only had to wait a little bit and the technician came and addressed the problem. He took thorough pictures and explained the problem to me. In the end, I needed to get a new AC unit, but he made sure he did everything he could to tide the system over until that could happen. I was very impressed with Penguin’s responsiveness and customer service.

I had my a/c tune up. Cody, the technician called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very polite, courteous, and above all knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. He also gave us recommendations for our a/c unit. The staff and the owner, Carlo, were also very helpful when I talked to them about heat strips. Overall, five stars for great customer support and service.

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

Our technician was excellent. He arrived on time and performed the work completely. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The job was to disconnect the gas stove, so it seemed a bit pricey, but we were satisfied with his work timely and professional work.

Rental property had a/c go down on Fathers Day and Sunday! Patrick Riley was able to come out. Though I don’t know if they charged premiums for this service, the repair was double the amount others would have charged for the same repair. I will say that the tech that did the repair was very nice over the phone, very prompt and really a good guy to talk to. I was out of town at the time. I followed up with a call the next day for an estimate on a new unit and this also where they dropped the ball. They returned my call and said they tech would get back to me shortly. I never received a call to make an estimate. Consequently I had someone else do the work. I had several estimates on my new unit and each one of them was asked what they would charge for the repair that I had done, each one was about 50% lower. In all fairness, perhaps I was unaware of premiums charged on a Sunday, an late evening appointment (10:00p-0200a) , but the icing on the cake was not receiving a call to get my estimate on a new unit installed.

A/C and Refrigeration is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly company. They helped by recommending to us a good quality and efficient unit, which ended up saving us 60% on our monthly utility bill in the Summertime. We highly recommend this awesome company to everyone for all your HVAC needs.

The guys arrived and spent a lot of time to replace a compressor in our ac. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! We've had them out before to change filters and do little stuff and have always been great. Now the house is SO COOL!!! :)

Drew came right over the same morning and had our AC running in less than two hrs. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciated his willingness to come so quickly. I will continue to use their service and recommend it!!

I must tell you! This company rocks! My Technician Craig Schmiemier was awesome. Did the inspection told me what he thought. Also mentioned it might be something simple to forgo having to do the major repair. As it turned out it was the major fix. Gave me the quote that was more than fair and performed the job very professionaly. He even gave my dogs some treats to calm them down. Wont use anybody but PROSKILL...thank youTim rafferty

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Excellent customer service. All-Kote technicians were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
