I would like other folks to know that I have had a great experience with TSM Roofing. I called TSM and spoke with one of the owners Sheldon Murphy. He was able to quickly respond to my roof leakage issue. After the next rain, we discovered that the leak had not yet been found despite Sheldon's best guess as to it's origin. I called Sheldon and he came over immediately to resolve the issue. It took a few hours to find the issue but he persisted until he found it. This was an extremely difficult leak to find but Sheldon never gave up. We have since had several days of rain and NOT ONE DROP has leaked through the roof. It is rare that you find someone like Sheldon that stands behind his work like he did. I strongly recommend TSM Roofing for any roof issue. I could not be more satisfied with TSM Roofing.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable. The team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. They were the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago.
