Service technician, Mike S. was very knowledgeable and provided updates and answered questions while he was troubleshooting the wiring to our unit and thermostat. He provided a very thorough and comprehensive report on the condition of our unit, and although not planned, we decided to stop making temporary repairs to our 1999 Goettl unit. We purchased a new unit and they were able to install same day. Amazing!

We had an amazing experience working with AZ Perfect Comfort to repair our air handling unit!

Our air handling unit went down on a Thursday night in the middle of a heat wave. I called AZ Perfect Comfort at 7am on Friday and they we able to get a repair person onsite by 8:30am.

Matt was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I have some experience with motor repairs and he talked me through the issue and his recommended repair with no b.s. He had out unit back up and running by 9:30am.

I highly recommend this company; they are fast, professional, and prices are good!

We had to shut our water off due to a problem with our soft water tank. Their technician was able to arrive hours earlier than scheduled which was great considering we had no water. Their tech Joshua was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our problem and gave us a good deal on some new equipment. He said if we had any problems we could just give him a call. Overall it was a great experience.

Can't say enough good things about Comfort Experts. Ryan and his crew are consummate professionals. I had a poor experience with another AC company that could not resolve my issues. I called Ryan and he took it as a personal matter to get it figured out. He was able to determine the issue and presented me with options to resolve it. His crew took care of everything and no more issues. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

About a month ago we decided to get an SRP home energy audit done. After the audit we were given options on ways to energy efficient our home and maximize the use of our ac unit along with reducing our SRP electric bill. The team at Larson Air went above and beyond assisting us with everything during the entire process. They were on time for every single service calls, they educated us on everything they were doing and why, they kept us informed of everything that needed to do that day and also the few days to come updating us when they got there in the mornings and also before they left at the end of the day. The entire Larson Team worked amazingly hard and did a phenomenal job on installing our new AC unit and Duct work in the Arizona heat. I must say this company does CARE and that is very rare and hard to find. It was a pleasure working with the entire team and I must add I was very pleased with the customer service we received from every single person on their team. Our experience with Larson Air Conditioning was phenomenal! We have found our forever a/c company, finally A+++++++ I highly recommend Larson Air !!

This company is the gold standard of care when it comes to AC and heating. SMW installed my unit and completed duct work a few years ago. Last night my AC capacitor and fan went out. I called around 6pm and they had Bryan knocking at my door about an hour later.... On a Friday night.... when its 110 out. Bryan was suited up in gear due to the COVID to keep the family safe. Bryan was courteous and efficient and got us up and running quickly. My family appreciates SMW for standing by their product and their amazing responsiveness.

Technician was polite and cooperative. Put on booties over his shoes. Two hour repair accomplished in time and cost was as advised. Have used Scottsdale Air for years and will continue to do so when needed.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
