Richard was working with Scottin and he also worked very hard and was so focused at resolving my problem They both will be back at my house next week to finish my kitchen remodel.

Ricky was super kind and great to have in our home. However, our project was too complicated for his skill set, and when I called Parker and Sons to send another technician to help him, they did not. Poor Ricky was at our house for 9.5 hours, but he stuck with it and finally got the job done! Extremely happy with the technician, disappointed with the company administration. They should have matched the job complexity to the technician’s abilities.
