I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Goettl had great customer service from the people scheduling an appointment, to the technician Jesse that came out to inspect my current 20 year old system and quote an ac replacement. Jesse was a great guy who was right on time to the appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional about ac systems and went over replacement options in a way that was understandable. He was also very courteous and cleaned up any mess that was made during the inspection. Jesse was very friendly with my german shepherd while inside my home. Jhon the project manager gave very thorough hvac replacement options that were easy to understand and supplied a good value quote. I decided to have Goettl replace my ac system rather then their competitors since they have been around awhile and are a reputable company. They were even able to install the system the same day.

Kyler Cord was professional and hard working. Started with water heater replacement and I asked for a new Toto toilet for the master bathroom. All completed to my satisfaction! Long day for him. Nice work.

Work done on time at the quoted price. Work site left clean and orderly. Provided options and professional advice. Very happy with the service and people.

I made an appointment online and they called over the phone to go over everything with me. The service tech even showed up early and went through everything with us. Unfortunately they don't perform the services needed but we're very professional with recommending someone that could. Anytime I need service done with my AC this is definitely my new go to company.

Just had Service Technician Denis Odom come to my house. He was the most professional technician in ANY industry I have had at my house. He was extremely polite, nice and thorough. Howard Air should be honored to employ a first-class professional such as Denis.

Mark did a great job. He found the leak and advised us of our two options. He was professional and friendly. The job went smoothly and the Landscaping was put back in great shape. All in all a great job thank you Parker and thank you Mark.

Jose and Leo were very friendly and courteous. They stayed until late (9:00) until the installation was completed. Very, very professional . Their workmanship was outstanding. We are very happy with our new cooling/heating system.Oliver is very knowledgeable and kept us informed as to the inspection of our unit. We are very happy with his courteous professional attitude.Matthew was very friendly, courteous and professional. He gave us some good advice as to our water lines for the clothes washer. We also talked a bit about water softeners and tankless water heaters. Good information for the future. The only problem I had was with scheduling. We were originally scheduled for Friday between 2-6. Just before 2, I received a call to reschedule. Which I did for today between 8-11. Received a call at 9:29 and was informed that a plumber would be at my residence within a hour. Matthew showed up at 11:14. He had to come all the way from Cave Creek, which took 1 1/2 hours. Not Matthew's fault. I point the entire blame on scheduling.

Gerald did a good job of explaining options based on what we were wanting for a heating cooling system, and worked well with our price range. Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.

We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Scott has done two repairs at my property recently and after seeing the quality of his work the first time around it was a no brainer for him to be my first call when my next plumbing issue popped up! Great communicator, friendly, on time, and excellent quality of work. Thank you Scott!

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet
