The middle of the summer in Phoenix Arizona and my air conditioning goes out...
I called and Chris was so considerate and accommodating, within an hour Michael was at my door! He was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed a few parts and I was feeling the cool Air again!
I read reviews although I've have never written a review; but in this situation I'm so Grateful and impressed with their service I just had to share.

Comfort experts went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running again quickly before it starts getting to hot. I called Ryan on a Sunday night and told him my ac wasnt keeping up with the set point and he scheduled me in last minute for Monday afternoon to get my problem sorted out.

The whole crew is great to work with. Always on time, kept us informed along the way (it was a two day install for a 3 and 5 ton AC unit, plus the heat exchangers). Very professional. We have had them doing the annual maintenance for years, and it was a no-brainer to have them install the new units. Thanks to the whole crew!

B3 arrived in a timely manner, within the stated window. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, went and purchased a new garbage disposal. Upon his return, he removed the faulty waste disposal, installed the new disposal in no time, and was on his way. Very satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending B3 for a service job.

My AC unit had stopped working around 10 PM on a hot evening. I started to panic being that I am a transplant and not used to the Arizona heat. I used Air Conditioning of Arizona’s contact form to leave an email message about my predicament. By 7:30 the next morning, I got a phone call and by 8:30, Jake the technician was out to save the day! I was so incredibly impressed with the responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service that ACA provided, from the scheduler to the technician.
