I had duct sealing in addition to a new A/C unit. Steve was awesome and explained everything in detail. Ben and the install crew were equally awesome. Office staff were always pleasant and helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. There was a small mishap during the install and they were super fast to correct the issue. I highly recommend Desert Diamond.

I used Promise Heating And Air. Moises and jesus repaired my ac unit. They were extremely efficient, professional and courteous and timely. Excellent product and operation knowledge.

They were great. Showed up same day when the valley was in the middle of a super hot spell. Inside of 1/2 hr I had cool air back! Only 4 stars because they were a bit pricey at $350 for less than an hour and a $20 capacitor. $180 trip charge that doesn’t apply to repairs is a bit much too. But hey, they were responsive and got cold air going so I’m happy.

These guys are great! My AC want out on a Sunday and Chris made it to my house within 2 hours, and had my AC up and running within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

I had a condenser installed in my AC. The next day, it wasn't working properly, so I had a tech out. He supposedly fixed it, but now its just a few days later and the system is broken . I had a full system installed using Howard Air and had some major problems with that install as well (leaks, warped wood, mold). I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I wish I had

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! Had been shopping for a new unit for two months. I was completely unimpressed with all the American Standard and Trane Dealers I dealt with. Matt Silva answered all my questions and encouraged me to follow up with any further questions. I told him exactly what I needed. The price was very competitive. Within two days, my new unit was up and running. Fidel and Noel were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend SMW, especially if you are a senior citizen.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. I went here last week to get my car's AC fixed and was thrilled to come here after I was quoted a more reasonable price than a commercial company. I ordered parts to get replaced and they said they replace the parts for me. I brought my car in today and unfortunately the parts weren't the right size. I COMPLETELY understand that is not the company's fault as I am the one who ordered the parts. However, what I don't understand is the way I was treated. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and had heard nothing by 1 PM. So I called at 1:24 PM to ask for an update on my car and was told that it had not been taken back yet. Just 27 minutes later, I was called back at 1:51 PM. I answered the phone to an overly aggressive and rude man explaining to me why my car wasn't going to be fixed and that I was still going to be charged. Keep in mind I had not said anything at this point and was being talked down to as if I was inferior and dumb. To reemphasize I completely understand I brought in the wrong part, but I was immediately attacked when I answered the phone. Then I asked if I could speak and explained I understood why the part could not be replaced. But I also made a point that I didn't deserve to be talked to so barbarously. Once I got off the phone I received another call to reiterate to me, yet again, that the part was wrong (as if I was stupid and did not understand that before) and they refused to work on my car since I went off on them. As a woman, apparently I am just supposed to take being talked at as if I am less than and it is outrageous and hysterical for me to stand up for myself. It is 2022, get with it. Women are not lesser than, and should not be treated as so. I can't speak to how they fix cars because they did not fix mine. I can however speak on how they treat people. If you want to be talked to like you are a subordinate, talked over, and insulted, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere where you will be treated kindly. It is free to be kind to people, I still paid the cost for labor and they still couldn't be courteous.
