The initial response to a shower that would not turn off when water was turned on revealed that when the house was built the valve piping was installed up side down so the shower could not turn off. After a small bump in the scheduling Carter Wlkinson came out. He had to remove dry wall in the kitchen to get to the valve. He was quick and professional, cleaned up and was on his way. Very happy with service and recommend A.P.E.S.

I purchased a house in June 2021. My realitor purchased a Service contract with AHS. One of my AC units would not turn on. Called AHS and they selected Crispy Air & Heating to come and fix my problem (I thought). Upon arrival, the tech went up to the unit on the roof and tested a few things and said it appears that the thermostat is not powering the unit. So we went to the non-working thermostat (a Nest), took it off the wall, used his little gagget to fire up the AC unit and told me it was the thermostat. Great, I thought, he told me that the Nest needed programing and enen conferred with a college on the phone. He then told me that he could make an appointment to come back and program the unit for $150. I am now puzzeled, you know the nest needs programing, you are in my house holding the nest, you have only been on the service call for around 20 minutes, but you will not fix it while you are present but will make an appointmtne to come back. No Thanks!!! So I then called Arcadia Air who came by the day I called and reprogramed the unit in 10 minutes at half the price that Crispy was looking to charge. Noel from Arcadia was prompt, curtious, friendly and fixed the problem. I am highly recommend Arcadia.

Calvin and Jason were very courteous and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the old AC unit of the roof and the new one up and running. The were sure teach me how to use the new hi-tech thermostat and answered all of my questions. All of the employees that came to the house were careful not to bring in dirt and grime from outside, they were professional and seemed to really enjoy their work. I would not hesitate to work with them again or to refer them to friends!

Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!
