My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. Very fine workmanship and I am 100% satisfied with John (technician) and the management (Art) team that supported this project!! I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit.
I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT!
I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool.
I will always call Mountainside Air for any of my needs for air conditioning and will definitely tell everyone I know about them!!

I received 6 different quotes to have my HVAC replaced and AirZona was by far the cheapest. when they came to the house they were very professional and answered all my questions. The day they came to replace my unit they were on time and Finished early. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

No one ever hopes to need an AC company do repairs but when you do you'll be happy with the level of care you'll receive from Velox Air. He took his time to look and test all systems and took his time to explain what was going with our systems and he knew what he was talking about and was very truthful and I would have no trouble asking them back out to our home if we had any problems. I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Hired by my landlord and super happy with the choice. Great work and very personable and thorough. AC is working wonderfully and I would recommend to anyone who needs AC repair!

This is a very friendly and professional operation, including the sales representative, the office receptionist/scheduler and the installers. Reviews that were read prior to signing the contract turned out to be accurate. We had 4 contractors visit and write proposals. We had to request that 3 of the 4 contractors return in order to get an apples to apples comparison. Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the only one to come back and make an actual on-site inspection to determine if the one quote from a competitor was a necessary add-on. They agreed and gave a significantly better bid. They also met our scheduling expectations. We are anticipating that the annual maintenance will be as professional as well.
