Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration were very responsive, patient, and thoughtful in their interactions with me. Mike was the technician on my double AC unit maintenance service and he was very nice and right on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and what he needed from us as the home owners. Using Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration has put our mind at ease about the health of our AC units during this summer.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

AirZona took care of my AC servicing quickly, as promised -- answered all my questions, and provided good advice about energy efficiency. Gerald Sandoz is a great guy, and does outstanding work!

Derek was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He was quick to respond, figured out the problem and got it fixed. Best HVAC person I've used so far. I wish I had him for my projects previously.

Thanks to Nick I now have cold air again in the middle of summer. My AC unit stopped blowing cold air and Nick was able to diagnose a bad capacitor and fix it. Thanks again for fitting me in the same day!

What can I say from start to finish A/C & Refrigeration was amazing! Our air conditioner passed away on Sunday.I received 4 other estimates all about the same in price. Thankfully with Mindy the owner & her experience in the air conditioner biz she guided and educated me on all the units I was considering. Never did she put down another company it was so refreshing and professional. I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

They came to my home quickly to resolve the issue at 117 degrees outside. They made sure it was Covered under my home Warrenty & replaced the compaster. Saved the day. Very nice &

I've been using Mechanical Brother's Heating and Cooling for the past 8 years. They've severiced both my residential home and my commercial business.
They are professional, knowledge, play catch with my doggie lol, reasonable, honest, and extremely neat.
I've been recommending then to neighbors in my HOA as well as other business and property management companies.

These two gentlemen were extremely impressive. They were able to get me a new a/c unit and have it installed within 24hrs. Very affordable absolutely love them. If you need anything done with a/c I would highly recommend you give them a call!!!

I have used Cooling Men for several years now and I love them. These cooling sheets are perfect for when you're on the go. I use them when I'm traveling, at the gym, or even if I'm just wearing a dress. These are my favorite sheets, because they are soft, comfortable, and most importantly, they really do help keep me cool. I would recommend these cooling sheets to anyone, and I use them every single day.

I've used many A/C contractors over the years. Jose is by far the best. His attention to detail is exceptional. He sends me images of the work in progress and finishes on time! I highly recommend him!

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

This company was extremely responsive and had excellent customer service. The technician they sent to me was very trusted and an expert in ac and heating repair. He was very accommodating to all my requests and questions throughout. He cleaned the work area after he was done and didn't try to upsell me throughout. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend ProSkill Services! They answered my call right away, were very friendly, and got an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. The technician arrived on time (within the first 15 minutes of my appointment window) and was incredibly friendly as well. He had my pipe repaired and the water turned back on way faster than I expected. The repair looks great and more importantly, works great. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing repair needs.

For the second time in six months I have used Newman Commercial Refrigeration and both times I was impressed by their courtesy, attention to detail and overall responsiveness. I am planning on using them again and would recommend anyone in the neighborhood to do so as well.
