Unclogged a/c drain. Pleased with Leo, the technician; his willingness to answer questions and explain what he was doing. Also took pictures of an issue and emailed them to us with the invoice.

Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didn't have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

Mr. Aguilar is very friendly and professional. I have been using different ac/heating companies over the years. However, once a friend recommended Aguilar heating and ac services he has been great.
