Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. I had another company out that inspected my units and found a couple of issue items. They were trying to suck me into a 5 year service contract with waiving the costs of the repairs. On line the reviews of customers all said they had the similar experience and every year that company found more issues and more costs. I reached out to Tom with Mountainside from a friends referral. He responded immediately and did a no cost second opinion. They did the repairs that were needed (Less than what the other company had quoted) no pressure to repair or use them and no pressure to lock into any contracts. Professional, Clean, took time to explain issues and findings. Will use Mountainside from here on out.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.
