We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.

I have dealt with plenty of HVAC people in previous lines of professional work and personally in the residential space, and I can't rave more about how professional and diligent Manny was with his service today. Wonderful guy and wonderful company.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of August and they were able to come out same day. The tech was able to get here before the window they gave over the phone which was even better. We have used them before so we know what kind of service they provide.

The tech was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. We have had problems in the past with other companies trying to charge us for extra Parts or repair fees so it was very refreshing that he was able to fix the issue quickly and with only the service fee for a charge. I wish more businesses were as trustworthy as they are.

My thermostat manual disappeared a couple of years ago and I had messed it up myself. Jessie reset it to my request so I could operate it manually until I can get it reprogrammed at a later date. He was efficient and expedient with the cleaning of my ac/furnace unit.

Jose and Levi came out to do a new install. These guys are great! Jose was lead on my new install and knew his stuff. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing. He was confident in his craft and made the project his. I felt like he was working on his own home. Levi was the other installer, and was likewise, an excellent example of how customer service should be done. Friendly and personable, happy to speak with me throughout the whole project. I was along side of them most of the project, and learned a lot about AC, their trade, and them personally. I would be happy to have them back in my home to work again. I recommend Jose and Levi to work on any project. Solid guys and great representatives of their company!

Call was made to service department around noon and had a tech at my house within 5 hours same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try and sell me anything. Took the time to explain to me the problem and said he would report his findings back to the office. So far working with the Howard Air company has truly impressed me. Update Howard Air installed two new A/C units yesterday 6/12/20 in our home. A could not believe how professional and extremely courteous the installation team was. The four of them moved thru out the process in harmony where each knew what the other needed and made the install look like a well practiced dance step for step. Kudos to the installers John , Joe , Pat and Alonso for simply a outstanding job. Again would highly rate this A/C company for your cooling and heating needs.

Aguilar AC did a great job. They got to my home within an hour, and within 30 minutes had my AC working again even though it was 9:30p at night. Thank you for your professionalism and being more responsive and faster than the name brand places. I will definitely be using you for annual AC checkups.

My AC gave up on me I tought it was broke for good but Saul fixed it with no problem. He made sure everything worked to its full potential before leaving. Thanks for the great service

Tyler was my tech, he came out to maintenance my AC unit before the summer. He was very professional and very thorough on explaining the process and what he found during the maintenance process. We valued his professional opinion and went with his suggestion to upgrade our unit. I would definitely recommend island breeze as a company to take care of all of your AC units!

AC gave out in the past as well as recently and Tom showed up same day and got it running again both times, these guys are great and professional i will continue using them for regular maintenance as well as repair, i highly recommend!

This is the fourth unit they have done for me... Each one easier than the previous. No issues... Great cost, easy communication.

4/2023..…. Just bought my 5th unit from them. Amazingly easy, great price. I'm glad I found them. I've now used them on 4 office buildings and one home, will definitely be calling back for the next one.

NOT HAPPY. Ricky shows up on May 9. Inspected the unit but said it blew cold when he turned on the AC, so he could not work on it. Blew cold for an hour. Then like the past week, started blowing hot after an hour. No AC since then. Spent $700 for a portable AC to get by until he returned. Crispy returned on May 20. Service Tech said that he could not repair it because it was a water based AC. If Ricky would have told us that on May 9, we would have found another company and probably have AC by now. Unfortunately I am limited on who I can use because they have to be American Home Shield approved.

We got a new A/C installed. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard. They were available to ask questions and seemed like they did their job quick. Overall very happy with the service. Once the job was done, they ensured I was happy with the installation and cleaned up as if they had never even been there. Highly recommend this company. And their prices were unbeatable!
