Howard Air fixed my ac today, the same day I called!! The technician was actually early and was very courteous. Forget those 'big' name companies that advertise on tv. The best service they could offer was 3 weeks or more in the future. Would definitely call Howard Air first for any other service needed on my mechanical systems.

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable. I requested service from American Home Shield 6:39am and was scheduled at 7:39am with Chrispy Air. The Technician arrived around 11 Am. Called before he arrived. Garrett Gearhart was very professional. When he came in the house he wore a mask and he promptly repaired the unit showed me the part that was totally fried and within an hour our house started to cool down great job Garrett. This is the second time American Home Shield sent Chrispy air to our home. Both Experiences were 5 Star.

TREVOR IS THE BEST! My HOA sent out multiple people for the last few years for a leak that kept coming back. Last guys made it worse, put screws up to hold the pan up higher, and said it needed a whole new install because it wasn't done right ... and weren't going to pay for it. THANKFULLY Trevor came to my rescue and actually FIXED the problem, not bandaid job! I'm so excited to not step on a wet towel or floor! HOORAY!

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

I just had the pleasure of using CCL to fix my AC. Eddie and Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired my AC very quickly.
