He was running late and got lost so i told him we could wait but he wanted to take care of me although it was late which i appreciated and he appreciated that I had the ladder, light and parts set up for him. Only regret was next day billing I didn't ask if payment was for labor only since i provided the damper. I have pasted the word on the great service.

Our heater stopped working. Our home warranty company scheduled for the next day with Teflon but then Teflon called and got us in the same day. LaRon was professional and informative when fixing our heater. He took pictures of what was broken and how he fixed it and showed me as he told me what was wrong. He quickly got it fixed and working.

I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and I'm so glad that we called them! They answered our call right away and sent a knowledgeable tech out to our dance studio business in the West Valley. They did a thorough job servicing our HVAC.
