You have been there for me so many times – With my old home/turned into rental, current home, daughter’s home (new unit), and my home again yesterday – a Sunday! From the answering service, to the office lady who called back with previous paperwork at hand, to the tech – Great Job everyone! Technician Chase thought it was a couple issues – Corrected one and redid diagnostics to find the second possible issue also need to be rectified. Service was fantastic! Called at 8 am and RJ was at my house by 10am. Quickly determined it was a dirty pan and deep clog. Fixed it quickly, educated me on how to maintain moving forward. Fast, knowledgeable, clean. Cost was very reasonable. Will use this company for any future service needs.

Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. We without hesitation would recommend Derek to anyone who has any HVAC needs and would not go to anyone else for any future needs that might arise. Our family has relied on this company for 15+ years. Multiple homes, new A/C units, tune ups .. you name it. Dave and his team are top notch and the MOST trustworthy in the valley. I can say this emphatically because we not only have children, but 8-10 indoor animals at anytime. As easy as it is for us to leave and “stay somewhere” while the A/C is out, we can’t do that with our herd/crew/indoor farm. Dave and his company are my heroes on so many levels!

He was very polite and early to the appointment.He is very helpful explained everything perfectly  he was going to do and made it comfortable  for us. He is very knowledgeable about what needed done. stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did and how it works! This guy I would recommend to all my family and friends! Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.
