They came quickly, jimmy very effectively found out what the issue was and got the system up and running better than before, I have used many other companies in the valley and have never had the amount of competence and response as this company has given! Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Even when I was just being nosey, its pretty cool to watch them build the pipes and everything,they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

I had a number of concerns about my AC system after a home inspector tagged a few different areas of concern. Preferred Air had every opportunity to find a bunch of problems and charge me for each, but the contractor spent close to an hour crawling around my attic, taking photos, testing the drip lines, checking all my vents etc only to tell me everything looks fine and recommend regular maintenance in the spring. The assessment was affordable and I felt the contractor was honest and genuine. He answered all my questions, showed me photos and examples, and gave me a full range of options. He gave me prices for maintenance and future, non-urgent repairs and encouraged me to focus on other areas of the house before worrying about the HVAC. I will definitely return as a customer.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

The service and the care is so awesome I am happy they were the company to install a.c. unit. They call and make sure unit is running ok one day they had to come out and service ac umit. and the repair man knew my mom had health issues and it was during the hottest part of the week so they came out quickly and while replacing fuse and checking everything while there. the repair man kept checking in on my mom to make sure she was ok too. the house was hot inside and she doesn't do good in the heat. they are very professional but the also go out of there way to make sure the people are ok also. My AC Unit went out unexpectedly late on Friday night. I called various places Saturday as soon as I got home from work but many were closed and the after hour ones were very pricey. Then I stumbled on Aguilar A/C & Heating. It's a shame they wernt toward the top of the list in my search for nearby A/C repair because it was already evening by the time I found them. Daniel came out within an hr and a half of calling him, inspected the A/C Unit and was able to replace the component that had broken. He gave me tidbits of things to look out for with it and everything took 20 minutes tops. Now it's Sunday morning and I'm sitting in my chilled home super grateful for the reliableness, affordableness, friendliness and efficiency of Aguilar A/C. I highly recommend them!

We first met Chuck at the Home Show in Scottsdale on Oct 15th. We took some information on the company and continued on our way. The next week we called Five Star Air and another company to come out to look at our units - they are 16 years old, one the heater had already gone out and wasn't sure about the other unit (we just bought the home 7 months ago), so we suspected we needed to replace them. Chuck came out to look at our poor units and give us a quote to replace them - he was friendly, courteous and honest. We decided to go with Five Star Air because their quote was lower than the other company for the same exact units. The customer service when you call the office is at the same level, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. On Nov 2nd, Tony, Ashley and Sal (I think, sorry if I got the name wrong) came to install our new units. We have a flat roof home, so of course the units are located on the roof. They were great!!! Very friendly, professional, courteous, explained things and made sure things were working before they left. Within two weeks from our first contact with Five Star Air, we had two brand new units installed. That is service!! We are thinking of adding air conditioning to the garage and we will definitely be using them. You cannot go wrong with this company, their prices are good and the people are great.

Mountainside Air is Very good company in Arizona. They are trustworthy, punctual and very kind. They came to my home on very short notice, fixed the problem and waited to make sure that my house is worm enough for my sick husband and me . Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.
