I have this company installed my new ac back in 2010 with full warranty on 10 years, the best decision I've made with major expense, this guys are very responsive and responsible for their work, the unit they installed work very good and minimal service is needed, I highly recommend this company to others.

Roy checked out our aging water softener and gave us many options on how to proceed- He also installed a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and to the ice maker line on our refrigerator. Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

Contacted Daniel for some routine maintenance. Quick to respond, quick to schedule. Contacted me when he was on the way. Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. They quoted me a price, which was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted from other companies, they came and and recommended some adjustments and they installed a new heat pump. Justin was amazing. I’ll tell you why. I have contacted 3 friend referrals for repairs on my heater that they said was not repairable. Or they don’t make parts for it etc. I am a 68 yo teacher that has been without heat for 9 yrs because I could not afford new units. Justin came in and troubleshooted in less than 2 hrs. He found a loose wire re connected it and wahlah I have heat. I was beginning to think that there were no honest people left in the business world. Then Justin came into our lives and showed us with pictures what was needed thank you Justin you should be a senior leader in the company

I received 6 different quotes to have my HVAC replaced and AirZona was by far the cheapest. when they came to the house they were very professional and answered all my questions. The day they came to replace my unit they were on time and Finished early. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.

I’m soooo happy with my new unit! We got a fair price and the guys installing it were so very professional and super friendly. Mindy is a sweetheart and pretty well held my hand over the phone and e-mail the whole way with me firing questions at her for everything feom quotes to the installation process and thermostat thoughts… great service and super professional outfit!

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

B3 Refrigeration did an excellent job. They were fast and professional. I highly recommend this business.
