I have used Taps for more than five years, first with his previous company and now as the owner of his own company. His service is first-rate and his pricing is transparent and surprisingly affordable, especially based on the excellent customer service he provides.

Taps has shown up for me on short notice during the hottest months of the year, when our system went down. He comes prepared with what he needs to fix the problem and always tries hard to keep the costs down as much as possible.

He is friendly, professional and so easy to work with. I have an older home and older HVAC system, but he has the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and handle my problems straight away. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is to work with.

We were assigned Sun Tech from our warranty company. They notified us very quickly and had a tech out ASAP. Upon review, they were able to diagnose and tell us what was needed to make out unit run right. We got the estimate and a couple days later the work was done. The two installers we prompt, courteous and let us know everything that they would be doing. Our repair was done in the timeline that was quoted and our A/C fells like it is brand new.
Could not be happier with Sun Tech and we will for sure use them in the future.

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. I’ve never realized how dishonest a once thought to be reliable company could be! Had a Parker and Sons tech come out to my house to repair our air conditioner. I was outside with my grandchildren when the tech who was on the roof looks over at me and says, “oh no, looks like the evap coils. There are very large leaks throughout.” He then spoke to me and my husband and quoted us $6600 to replace the coils. That didn’t seem right to me. I asked about just replacing the unit. He quoted me no less than $18000! He had me fill out an application for financing since we don’t have that type of money, causing a ding on our credit reports. He then asked us to sign up for their service plan which is $14.00/mo. I will be canceling this Monday. After he left I called another company referred to me by a family member. He came out and had my air fixed in 30 mins by replacing the capacitor for $180. I am so disappointed in Parker and Sons. I will be posting my experience on all social platforms, calling 3 on your side, Joe knows, and letting all my friends know about the dishonesty we experienced.

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.
