The technician arrived on time and took time to listen to me explain my air flow problem. He asked me questions to better understand my issues before examining my air condtioning system and attic duct work. I will never another company now that I have discovered Howard Air.

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix. Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

We had Kodie Taylor come to our home twice regarding our furnace. First to see what what the problem was and see what parts would be needed to fix the problem, and then second, to return to fix the problem. Each time Kodie was professional and courteous and didn’t mess around. He got right to the problem, identified the problem and the parts needed to fix the problem. Kodie was the type of serviceman all companies wished they had. Thanks for the work Kodie and I hope if we have any issues in the future we get you to fix them!

Tony and his crew gave us a fantastic service in repairing our restaurant dip freezer. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and were very kind and nice to talk to in the process. They did a great work at a reasonable price. We are very happy with the repair. I've used Adams Refrigeration for 10 years for preventative maintenance and two repairs. Every encounter has been great. These guys are great. I had a few other ac companies look at my unit & they had told me the unit needed replacing. I called mountain air & they came over & figured out the problem in 10 mins and replaced a starter kit & a capacitor. A few hours later my ac unit was working again. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you mountain air!!!!
