This company is fantastic! They are polite, prompt and are great with communication from the person booking the appointment to the tech coming to your house. I have older ac and heating units and had other companies show up just to sell me on new ones, but Preferred Air has done what they can to work with what I have and they have always charged a fair price. Levi aand Leo did a remarkable job cleaning and repairing air ducts in my 34-year-old manufactured home, which had probably never been inspected. Both men were ideal representatives of Patrick Riley...professional, personable, knowledgeable...and even spent considerable time insulating points in the furnace where there were leaks. Five stars are not enough to show my appreciation. I would highly recommend this company.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

I am very happy with the service from five star. They were professional and had to overcome many obstacles. They worked diligently to complete the job and did a outstanding job with details. After they completed the work the clean up was on point. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone need heating and cooling work.

Millennium Commercial was able to get our heated floors working properly using the temperature outside without overheating our rooms. A problem we have used several technicians to solve. Thanks to Mark, we now get the comfort we paid for. I will never use one of the mainstream companies again. I wish we would have used them from the start.

TREVOR IS THE BEST! My HOA sent out multiple people for the last few years for a leak that kept coming back. Last guys made it worse, put screws up to hold the pan up higher, and said it needed a whole new install because it wasn't done right ... and weren't going to pay for it. THANKFULLY Trevor came to my rescue and actually FIXED the problem, not bandaid job! I'm so excited to not step on a wet towel or floor! HOORAY!

Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! Also I'd like to give a shout-out to Katie for great communication and expediting the whole project.

After trying to have my non working ac unit repaired through a home warranty contractor, I contacted CCL for a quote on a new ac unit install. I knew nothing about ac units but Eddie answered all my questions which allowed me to make a well informed decision with no pressure. I was able to get a new ac installed within a few days and was completely happy with the service. I highly recommend them.
