Best Furnace Repair in Phoenix AZ

This hot water heater was installed 3 yrs and 1 month ago and it started leaking. Contacted Parker and Sons and they came out the next day. The technician Saul was very respectful and professional in his service. He answered all our questions and called supervisor when he didn't know the answer. The big issue I have is that the water hear itself was covered but the labor was not. This labor cost was almost $800 and he was working on it for 4 hours. How can Parker and Sons feel good about charging $200 an hour for labor?? The water heater alone only cost $800 at Home Depot. Thank you Saul but I will never buy anything else from Parker and Sons and will contact Costco about this as I purchased this water heater through them. Absolutely a rip off for labor.

The installation crew was great! They called 30 minutes before their arrival, which was in the window. They found old equipment in our attic left by a previous owner and removed all of it after notifying us. They were professional and courteous. Our house was left in great condition! Thank you so much!

This was our first experience with George and the Air Control team. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were asking for a quote on a new AC unit and George recommended that we perform maintenance and keep our 15 year old unit a few years longer. Other companies that we contacted simply wanted to sell us a new unit, but George went out of his way to explain the reasons for keeping our unit and waiting until it begins to fail. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Daniel is awesome! We have an old A/C unit that has stopped working on two occasions over the past couple of years, and Daniel has come to fix it both times. He identifies the issue, provides options, and works with us to recommend the best one for our situation. He is friendly, personable, and does quality work. I would definently recommend Preferred Air for maintenance and service. We also plan to use them for installing a new unit in the next 6-18 months.

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

I highly recommend Above Par. They came out the same day and fixed the AC quickly. Clay has a great team including Mark who was very knowledgeable and nice!!

Great experience with these guys. Told them I wanted someone to diagnose a problem with my AC unit so I could turn around and have my home warranty cover it. Greg did just that and didn't try to sell me anything along the way. Genuine dude 5 stars.

During the hottest day of the year I called several AC companies to service of AC unit, everyone had weeks wait. I called Aguilar services, they understood the urgency and came out the next day in morning. Very professional, they got our unit running in no time.

Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

I've used Adams Refrigeration for 10 years for preventative maintenance and two repairs. Every encounter has been great. My heat went out this morning and they responded within 2 hours and had me repaired shortly there after. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them.

I really enjoyed my experience with Circulate HCAV. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested and also provided me a special that I could take advantage of. Derek, the service professional, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC and heating needs. I’m impressed and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Cooling Men,Technician arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Cooling Men to anyone needing HVAC services.

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!
