Very pleased with professionalism of Kris and the great job repairing water line leak. This was a difficult job physically with all the trenching with a shovel. However, Kris completed it and we now have water after two days. I will use Parker & Sons again.

Orlando and his crew have been the best experience with this plumbing situation. We were so frustrated and upset with our situation and they came quick fast and in a hurry and completed services in a short amount of time and we are up and running perfectly now with no issues. We will be using them again for a lifetime.

Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Riley for your A/C needs.

Horrible place to work for. Ran by very greedy, heartless, and unsympathetic people, who couldn’t care less about their employees. You’re nothing but a number while working for them. Once you upset them in the slightest way, they will make your life hell while working for them with a target on your back until you quit. They’ll go as far as dig up the past to find an excuse to go after you.

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Had them come and service my 15 yr old unit. They found several issues that I was aware of 2 years ago but was hoping I could stretch it out for a while. I did speak to a Comfort Specialist (salesman) about a new replacement. I was impressed with his professionalism. He was not pushy and gave me several options. Recently had my roof replaced and some of the roofing materials (felt, nails, etc) ended up in my gutters and subsequently my drains. Isaac Solas was the technician who responded and he did an exceptional job. He was friendly, professional and efficient and he was able to quickly solve the problem. The price was absolutely reasonable and the company dispatched him within one hour of my service request. Her arrived on time and I will definitely use this company (and this technician) for some future plumbing installation and repair work for my home. Really pleased with the customer service and HIGHLY recommend!
